At Tzap Marketing, we provide digital products and digital services only. All orders are completed electronically and are instantly usable. Therefore, once an order is marked as complete, no refund or return is available.
No Refunds
All sales are final.
Once a service or order is completed, no refund, cancellation, or return is possible.
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
The service or order was not completed at all from our side.
A technical issue on our side made completion impossible.
No Returns
Since we do not sell any physical products, no return policy applies.
All products/services are in a digital format and cannot be returned once the order is completed.
